The overseas Wednesday afternoon net is still subject to solar disruption and I hoped to recommence our regular schedule on 14.290 MHz, due to the skip conditions still favouring central Europe this has not been possible. I will keep monitoring the band and if conditions improve I will call on 14.290MHz at 14.30 UTC. Should there be no favourable conditions please use Echolink from 15.00 UTC.  Although the Firac Home page has been restored, a number of problems are still evident, so I will continue to provide a limited information service until the Firac Congress.
